On Monday, 3rd August 2026, Beacon informed us that it had experienced a cyber security incident involving unauthorised access to its systems. Beacon has engaged specialist cyber security experts and is continuing to investigate the incident.
Please note this incident is not specific to Shropshire PCAS and has potentially impacted all organisations who use the system. We are working with Beacon to swiftly establish precisely what information may have been accessed, if any, from the charity.
